You’ll have space to share what brought you here, what feels overwhelming, and what kind of support you’re looking for. From there, we can explore resources, questions to consider, body-listening practices, and one steady next step that feels supportive for where you are right now.
-
No. You do not need an official diagnosis to start a conversation. Many women spend years trying to understand their symptoms before receiving answers. If you are navigating pain, confusion, fear, or the feeling that something in your body needs more care, you are welcome here.

At this time, Mind Body Endo is not offering ongoing private coaching containers. The current offering is a simple starting point: a thoughtful conversation, supportive resources, and guidance toward one next step. Future offerings may include workshops, group support, and educational programs.
-
Not at this time. Future Mind Body Endo offerings may include one-on-one yoga and coaching support tailored to each client’s needs and goals. This would be for women who want more personalized support with body awareness, gentle movement, compassionate self-care, and finding one steady next step forward.
For now, the best way to begin is to start a conversation through the contact form.
-
Yoga does not cure endometriosis, but gentle and supportive yoga practices may help some women relate to their bodies with more compassion, awareness, and steadiness. At Mind Body Endo, yoga is not about pushing through pain. It is about listening, adapting, and learning how to support the body with care.
-
Moving from pain → plan means honoring what hurts instead of rushing past it, then finding one steady next step forward. The “plan” is not about forcing your body to change. It may include education, resources, nervous system support, body awareness, medical advocacy, yoga practices, or simply knowing where to begin.
-

-
Workshop topics may include body literacy, cycle awareness, period pain, endometriosis education, how to speak up about symptoms, breath and movement tools, self-compassion, and learning to listen to the body without shame or fear.
