Session notes

Mind Body Endo keeps private written notes from sessions to support continuity and prepare for future conversations. Notes may include concerns you share, topics explored, preferences, and agreed next steps. Depending on what you share, these notes may contain health-related or other sensitive personal information.

Notes are limited to information relevant to supporting the work together.

Virtual sessions and optional yoga recordings

Mind Body Endo uses Zoom for virtual sessions. Coaching conversations are not recorded.

With your permission, the yoga practice portion of a session may be recorded through Zoom and shared with you for personal use. Recording is optional; declining does not affect your ability to participate.

Before recording begins, Mind Body Endo will explain what will be captured, including whether your image or voice will be included, where the recording will be stored, and how you will receive access.

You may ask to stop recording at any time. Recording will be stopped before returning to a coaching conversation.

Mind Body Endo will not publish these recordings or use them for marketing, teaching others, or unrelated purposes without your separate, explicit permission.

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace collects information needed to operate the website, which may include your IP address, browser and device information, and pages visited.

Mind Body Endo uses Squarespace for website hosting and forms, Gmail for email communication, and Zoom for virtual sessions and optional yoga recordings. Mind Body Endo will ask your permission before sharing your contact details with another Local Connections participant.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Storage, retention, and protection

Mind Body Endo takes reasonable steps to protect contact information, session notes, and recordings from unauthorized access or disclosure. No method of electronic storage or communication can be guaranteed completely secure.

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing support and meeting applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or securely disposed of.

Children and adolescents

Mind Body Endo may provide educational resources or workshops for adolescents. Arrangements should be made through a parent, guardian, school, or community organization.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and Mind Body Endo does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information, please contact Mind Body Endo so it can be reviewed and deleted as appropriate.
