Your pain is real.
There is another way to meet it.

MIND BODY ENDO offers endometriosis education, therapeutic yoga, and compassionate coaching to help women and girls feel witnessed, understand their bodies, and take the next right step with care.

The deeper need

Even when the medical pieces are being addressed, the deeper experience of living with endometriosis can still go unseen.

You may have spent years managing symptoms, appointments, flare-ups, fear, and the quiet grief of not feeling like yourself.

You may have found understanding, but still longed to feel truly seen, supported, and gently guided forward.

At Mind Body Endo, we begin by believing you.

Not by rushing past the pain, but by listening with compassion, honoring what your body has endured, and helping you find one steady next step forward.

A guide who understands endometriosis from the inside out.

Hi, I’m Hoda — founder of Mind Body Endo.

I’ve lived with endometriosis for much of my life, and for years I believed my body was broken. I know what it can feel like to be exhausted by symptoms, afraid of flare-ups, and unsure who to trust.

My own healing path helped me stop fighting my body and begin listening with more compassion, steadiness, and trust.

That’s what I want for you, too.

Not a quick fix. Not another place to be told to “stay positive.” But a compassionate path for learning how to meet pain differently — one steady step at a time.

A simple path forward

You don’t need to figure it all out at once.
We begin with where you are, what your body has been carrying, and one steady next step.

We start with a complimentary call where you can share your story, ask questions, and see if Mind Body Endo feels like the right support for you.

01

Be heard

Together, we look at what your pain, stress, and symptoms may be communicating — with compassion, education, and curiosity instead of fear or self-blame.

02

Understand your body

Through gentle yoga, breath and body awareness, and compassionate coaching, you’ll learn simple practices that help you feel more supported, steady, and connected to your body.

03

Practice another way

“Due to structural scoliosis, endometriosis, and a past brain injury, I have always believed that my body is incapable of doing certain things. My time with Hoda has completely changed my perspective on what I am capable of and how impactful a consistent yoga practice with proper instruction can be. Hoda takes great care to ask thoughtful questions, listens intently, and tailors her classes according to how my body feels.”
