Mind Body Endo offers age-appropriate endometriosis and menstrual-health education for middle and high school students in classrooms, small groups, and community settings.

These sessions provide clear information, space for honest questions, and the message that severe or disruptive pain deserves attention.

Students will learn to:

  • Understand basic menstrual health and what endometriosis is

  • Recognize symptoms that should not be ignored or normalized

  • Describe what they are experiencing more clearly

  • Know when and how to speak with a parent, school nurse, counselor, or healthcare provider

  • Ask for support with greater confidence
