One-on-one coaching for the emotional and relational impact of endometriosis.

For women navigating fear, grief, body mistrust, relationship strain, or medical uncertainty alongside endometriosis.

Understand what may be getting in the way.
Rebuild trust in yourself.
Choose realistic steps toward what matters now.

You may be carrying more than pain.

Perhaps you have received a diagnosis, undergone surgery, changed your diet, or spent years searching for answers, and fear, grief, anger, or uncertainty remain.

You may question whether your body can be trusted. You may feel exhausted by medical decisions, strained in your relationships, or unsure how to move forward after endometriosis changed your work, motherhood, intimacy, or the future you imagined.

You may even understand what would help, yet struggle to follow through when fear, exhaustion, self-criticism, or competing needs take over.

Medical care is essential. Coaching makes room for what appointments may not: how living with endometriosis has shaped the way you relate to yourself, your decisions, and your life.

This is where coaching can help you understand what the experience has shaped, and choose how you want to move forward.

What coaching can help you practice

Make sense of what has changed

Recognize the fears, grief, beliefs, and protective patterns that may be shaping your decisions, relationships, self-care, and expectations for the future.

Rebuild trust in yourself

Practice responding to difficult emotions with less shame and self-criticism, communicating your needs more clearly, and recognizing what your body and life may need now.

Turn insight into action

Choose realistic steps toward a personal goal and receive support and accountability as you practice following through in daily life.

A coaching approach shaped by lived experience

I know what it is like to live with dismissed pain, surgery, infertility, medical uncertainty, and fear about what endometriosis might mean for the future.

My own healing taught me that receiving the right medical care was essential, but it did not automatically resolve everything the experience had changed inside me. Learning to relate differently to pain, fear, and my body’s signals gave me more room to understand what I needed and choose how to respond.

My lived experience and training in coaching, therapeutic yoga, nervous-system education, and compassionate inner work now shape how I support women.

Coaching does not replace medical or mental-health care. I offer a steady, informed partnership in which you can clarify what you want to change, understand what may be getting in the way, and practice a different response over time.

“Due to structural scoliosis, endometriosis, and a past brain injury, I have always believed that my body is incapable of doing certain things. My time with Hoda has completely changed my perspective on what I am capable of… She takes great care to ask thoughtful questions and listen intently.”

A place to begin on your own

Endometriosis can shape the way you relate to your energy, decisions, relationships, hope, and yourself.

Endometriosis and the Parts We Carry is a printable reflection worksheet that invites you to notice some of the responses you may carry—the part that pushes through, the part that searches endlessly for answers, and the part that is afraid to trust the body again.

Use it to begin recognizing these responses with greater curiosity and less judgment, so you can hear yourself more clearly and consider what you may need now.
