Educational and supportive purposes
Information shared through this website, conversations, sessions, gatherings, workshops, emails, and written or recorded resources is for educational and supportive purposes only. It is not medical advice, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for individualized care from a licensed healthcare provider.
Mind Body Endo does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent endometriosis or any other medical or mental health condition. Yoga and coaching complement appropriate medical and mental health care.
Please consult a qualified healthcare provider about symptoms, medications, surgery, treatment options, or other health concerns. Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking care because of information shared by Mind Body Endo.
Coaching and self-exploration
Coaching may include reflection, body awareness, and exploration of emotions, needs, and protective patterns. Approaches informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) support self-understanding within a coaching context; they do not constitute psychotherapy or trauma treatment.
You choose what to share and whether to participate in any reflective or embodied practice. You may pause, decline, or stop at any time.
Yoga and body-awareness practices
Yoga, gentle movement, breathing, and body-awareness practices—including live sessions and recorded practices—may not be suitable for everyone and carry a risk of discomfort or injury.
Adapt or skip practices according to your needs, and stop if you experience pain, dizziness, distress, or worsening symptoms. Consult your healthcare provider about suitability or modifications when appropriate, particularly following surgery, during pregnancy, or when managing a health condition.
Recorded practices provide general guidance and cannot assess your individual condition or offer real-time support.
Resources and outcomes
Books, practitioners, websites, and other resources are shared for information and exploration. Their inclusion does not guarantee their accuracy, suitability, or results, or imply agreement with every claim they make.
Individual experiences vary. Mind Body Endo does not promise pain relief, symptom improvement, or any other specific outcome.
Urgent support
Mind Body Endo does not provide emergency care or crisis support. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or are in immediate danger, call 911 in the United States or your local emergency number.
In the United States, call or text 988 for support with suicidal thoughts or emotional crisis. Outside the United States, contact your local crisis service. Do not wait for a response from Mind Body Endo when urgent help is needed.
