Move from pain → plan
Support for women with endometriosis who want to feel less alone, understand their bodies with more compassion, and find one steady next step forward.
Why this offering existsFor years, I have been the person friends and family refer people to when they know someone who suspects endometriosis or has recently been diagnosed.
Not because I have all the answers, but because I have lived the questions.
I know what it is to search for relief through nutrition, surgery, yoga, movement, and deeper inner work. I know what it is to wonder whether the pain is physical, emotional, stress-related, hormonal, structural — or somehow all connected. I know what it is to feel overwhelmed by information, unsure who to trust, and desperate for a next step that feels steady.
Mind Body Endo was created from that lived experience.
This offering is a simple place to begin — a conversation where your story can be heard, your questions can be honored, and your next step can become a little clearer.
A gentle place to begin
Sometimes what you need most is not another protocol, program, or big commitment.
Sometimes you need a thoughtful conversation — a place to share what you’ve been carrying, feel heard, sort through what feels overwhelming, and leave with one clearer next step.
At Mind Body Endo, the first offering is simple: a supportive conversation rooted in lived experience, body listening, compassionate guidance, and practical resources.
This is not about figuring everything out at once.
It is about beginning where you are.
The Next Steady Step Conversation
For women living with endometriosis who feel overwhelmed by symptoms, appointments, choices, emotions, or the question: Where do I even begin?
In this conversation, you’ll have space to share your story, ask questions, and receive thoughtful support as we explore what may help you feel more oriented, resourced, and less alone.
Together, we may look at:
• what your body and pain have been carrying
• where you feel most overwhelmed or unsupported
• what kind of support may be most helpful right now
• resources for endometriosis education, body listening, yoga, nervous system care, or advocacy
• one steady next step you can take from here
This is not ongoing private coaching, therapy, or medical treatment. It is a compassionate starting point — a place to be heard, gather support, and begin moving from pain toward a plan.
A wealth of resources, shared with care
One of the gifts of my own endometriosis journey has been learning where to look, what questions to ask, and which resources can help women feel less lost.
Depending on your needs, I may share resources related to:
• endometriosis education and advocacy
• excision surgery and specialist care
• therapeutic yoga and gentle movement
• nervous system support
• body awareness and pain compassion
• cycle and symptom tracking
• books, podcasts, articles, or trusted practitioners
You do not have to gather every resource at once.
We begin with what is most supportive for your next step.
Coming soon: Mind Body Endo Workshops for Girls
Mind Body Endo workshops for adolescents are being created to support girls in learning how to listen to their bodies with understanding, care, and confidence.
These workshops may be offered in schools, churches, yoga studios, dance communities, and other supportive spaces where girls are already learning, growing, and becoming themselves.
The intention is to help girls feel informed, not afraid — supported, not dismissed.
Workshop topics may include:
• body literacy and cycle awareness
• understanding period pain and when to seek support
• learning how to speak up about symptoms
• simple tools for breath, movement, and nervous system care
• self-compassion and body trust
• how to listen to the body without shame or fear
These workshops are educational and supportive, not medical care. They are designed to help girls feel seen, informed, and empowered to ask for the support they need.
Future Offering: 1:1 Yoga & Coaching Support
In the future, Mind Body Endo may offer one-on-one support for women who want more personalized guidance.
These sessions would bring together gentle yoga, body awareness, compassionate coaching, and supportive resources tailored to your needs, goals, and lived experience.
The intention is not to force the body into change, but to help you listen with more care, build trust, and find practices that feel supportive in real life.
